In general we find the customer needs to match the time we bill on the project. Time may be spread across several people but if we budget a 100 hour project, your team will match that time in tasks like meetings, training, validating reports, testing and data entry.

A Work Plan is the road map for the project. A good Work Plan identifies all the tasks that need to be completed by the customer or
AccuNet. Once you know all the tasks you can better decide what you can do and what needs to be outsourced.
