AccuNet is looking for a Consultant with a background in Accounting/Finance – preferably with an MBA - who would like to work with and advise hundreds of our clients about their accounting systems. This person needs to be willing to learn the accounting packages that we implement and support (Microsoft Dynamics SL and GP). This person also needs to have strong communication skills and posses ample business knowledge to advice our clients on how best to take advantage of their accounting system investment. We are looking for learners who can translate technology into business solutions. You will report to a General Manager and have a voice in the solution direction. Salary is based on experience and certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing Microsoft Dynamics SL, GP, or CRM.
• Analyzing customer issues and recommending solutions
• Developing and fostering collaborative working relationships with our customers.
• Leading process reviews and application configuration discussions with our clients.
• Assisting clients with the implementation and training of SL, GP, or CRM.

Qualifications:

We require a relevant Bachelors degree with emphasis on accounting/finance experience. Candidates should also possess:

• Ability to work independently, as a member of a team, and under supervision.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Strong project management skills.
• CPA/CPIM Certification desired but not necessary.
• Product Certifications desired but not necessary.
• MBA with a focus in Finance desired but not necessary.

Product Line Expertise (but not necessary):

Mid-level ERP experience necessary, Microsoft Dynamics SL, GP, or CRM experience a plus. Experience with similar ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, Sage, or MAS 90 a plus. Experience with Core, Project Management and Accounting; familiarity with Microsoft Project and Project Server; firm understanding of basic principals; familiarity with customization tools (Crystal, Report Writer, Modifier, VBA); basic understanding of SQL queries (advanced SQL knowledge is preferred).

AccuNet, Inc has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with at least 3 years experience in CRM implementation experience (preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM). Consultants are responsible for training AccuNet clients, testing software modifications, providing client support and consultation, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM software at AccuNet client sites. This job requires qualified individuals who can analyze client business requirements and objectives and determine how the software can best meet those requirements and objectives. Consultants provide pre- and post-sales support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Install, setup, configure, implement, integrate and test CRM solutions
• Follow implementation, configuration and testing tasks within project schedules
• Follow project management requirements, user and customer requirements
• Perform end-user training for the project team and end users
• Assist in data conversion process and validation of converted data

AccuNet, a regional consulting firm is seeking an IS Consultant-Developer for its Cincinnati Office to work with Microsoft CRM and Solomon software clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Visual Basic, Transact SQL and Crystal reports development. Experience installing, supporting and consulting on CRM or mid-tier accounting systems and Microsoft Operating Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Developing custom business applications using Visual Basic, Transact SQL, ASP/Java, Crystal Reports, application customization tools and other platforms;
• Providing support to clients in administering and optimizing their SQL Server databases;
• Providing implementation consulting for Microsoft CRM and Solomon systems;
• Interacting with clients in support of their business solution software;
• Assisting clients in developing and/or improving design requirements; (and)
• Achieving and maintaining Microsoft certification.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of solid experience developing business applications using the above tools;
